GIGI LUXURY PJ SET

I recently read about Maria and her journey which brought her to starting this business. I was impressed not only with how she used her creativity to overcome tragedy, but also with how she's giving back. This is something really important to me. I ordered the Gigi Luxury PJ set, personalised, for my daughter-in-law and purchased a gift box to go with it. It was a lovely surprise to receive an email from Maria, asking if I wanted her to write a gift card to be added to the box. This wasn't required, but it was a definite indication of the level of service Maria provides. The parcel arrived in perfect condition, beautifully packaged. The product itself is really well-made and the fabric of a beautiful quality. All in all, a lovely gift to give or receive. I next purchased the Indi Luxe Satin Pyjamas. I was uncertain as to the size and I also wanted to add personalisation which wasn't available for selection on the site. I reached out via email and Maria promptly responded, not only updating the website to allow for personalisation and adding an additional thread colour, but also advised me on sizing. It is not often that business owners go to this length, let alone respond to email enquiries. I find Maria responsive, professional and delivering a very high quality customer service. Well worth supporting.
