Shipping policy

The Vow Sleepwear ships within Australia/New Zealand & now Worldwide. Orders will be dispatched within 2- 4 business working days unless personalisation/embroidery is required which can take longer. We do offer express shipping, if items are needed by a timeframe please tick this or contact us directly. We want you to have your items when needed. We are a small family business so things are done the best to our ability.

If items are to be personalised/embroidered they may take up to 15 business working days, however we do usually take 3 business working days. Please let us know if you require urgently.

Worldwide shipping we aim for 25-30 business working days. 

- Free Australia wide shipping for all orders over $100AUD
- Flat rate shipping within Australia of $10 for all orders under $100AUD

- Flat rate shipping to New Zealand of $25 for all orders.

Other destinations your postage is worked out in checkout.

USA Customers:
Due to new legislation effective April 5, 2025, a 10% tariff now applies to all imports into the U.S., including shipments from Australia. Please note, customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.
