BENEFITS OF PYJAMAS

Recently I was having dinner out with my girlfriends. We were talking about what we wear to bed and it ranged from partners/husbands t shirts, sleeping nude, leggings, whatever could be found that was clean, pyjamas, & a few cute nighties thrown in there.
As we were discussing how it really is the last thought of the day especially when you have work, family, life commitments we started to get into a debate as to what are the benefits really are or if any of wearing pyjamas/sleepwear and if so what are they.
Here is a list of what I not only came up with but scientists too which pleasantly surprised me.

- They help you feel better after a physical crisis
- They are an easy way to freshen up
- They are super comfy
- They help you fall asleep faster
- Aids in regulating body temperature
